Our step-by-step process for setting up new service accounts is:

1. We Confirm Your Inquiry 

We’ll send a confirmation shortly, and then, within 24 hours, a Service Team Member will reach out using your preferred contact method. 

If a property visit is needed, we’ll schedule it at a time that works for you. 

2. Property Visit

✔ We will reconfirm the visit 24 hours before 

✔ You don’t need to be home (but if you are, we always arrive on time.) 

During the visit: 

  • We may ask a few questions to understand your goals and preferences.

  • A Field Team Expert may join (If so, we’ll let you know ahead of time.) 

  • We will capture photos and video to ensure accurate information.

  • Before we leave, we’ll tell you exactly when to expect your quote.

3. We Send Your Quote 

Your quote will be thoughtful, detailed, and tailored to your property. It will typically include: 

  • Multiple service options 

  • Clear pricing 

  • Professional recommendations when helpful

If we need more information, we’ll reach out. If the timing isn’t right for you, no pressure — we’re here whenever you’re ready. 

Approving your quote is easy: 

  1. Sign electronically 

  2. Enter your preferred payment method 

  3. We’ll schedule your service and introduce your dedicated yard care team 

4. Your Service Begins 

  • You’ll receive an automated reminder before we arrive.

  • If you’re home, we’ll check in before getting started.

  • After finishing, we’ll collect “after” photos and video. 

  • If you’re home, we’re happy to walk the property together. 

  • Your invoice is sent automatically, and the payment is processed. 

  • And if something needs extra attention? Just let us know — our work is guaranteed.
